Footwear of Russia. Footwear trade network is entering the Perm market - Top news - Mass Media - Fashioner

According to Kommersant in 2010-2011 Novosibirsk retailer "Obuv Rossii" will invest around 40 million rubles into the development of its own retail network in Perm. The first store will open already in July 2010, and in total there will operate 5-7 stores of the trade network.

As a reminder, the group of companies "Obuv Rossii" is developing the stores under the brands "Peshehod" and "Vestfalika". The head office of the retailer is located in Novosibirsk. Perm will become the fifth city in Ural for the trade network operations – it was present only in Ekaterinburg, Cheliabinsk, Magnitogorsk and Tiumen earlier.

Analysts think that the Perm regional footwear market is far from saturation, that is why the company "Obuv Rossii" has all the chances to occupy its niche in the market. The Perm stores will occupy the trade spaces up to 100 square meters. Investments into the opening of a store will make 4-5 million rubles.
